Returns & Refunds
We know from time to time you might not be happy with a product you’ve bought from Mint Beauty. We want to make sure the process is as easy as possible and we have a dedicated customer service team ready to help you if you wish to make a return.
When calling or emailing our customer service team, please have your order number available to allow us to better serve you.
You can return any unwanted products within 30 days of delivery provided they are unopened and in perfect condition. We will refund or offer a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items: Claims for damaged items or any discrepancies should be submitted within 72 hours of merchandise receipt. Contact Customer Care by email at info@mintbeautysupply.com or call 754-399-5185 (M-F 8:30.a.m. to 5 p.m. EST).
Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.
In the case of shipping damages, we will need images to be emailed us to evidence the damages. We will then email you a paid return label to send the damaged/wrong/defective item back to us. As soon as you post your item back to us, a replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.
Refunds: A 10% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed on all returned unwanted merchandise. The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to company error, damaged product received or product defect.
Free Shipping Offers: Shipping cost will be assessed and deducted from final reimbursement of refunds. Any shipping cost that you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless it is a company error.
